Currently residing in Rancho Cucamonga, I was born in Tripoli, Lebanon. The beauty and rich culture of my birthplace is what first awakened the inner inspiration and adventure to express myself through art. It has been said that painting are the window into the artists' soul. If that is the case, you have been with me as I explored the journey which lay ahead.

I took private lessons in Lebanon and continued my education here in California at the local college. I have participated in several art workshops with well known Californian artists. This helped me to further explore the wide range of styles and fine tune and sharpen my own technique and ideas. I believe art is defined by me as a unique individual trying to leave a mark of which I can be proud of and is representative of what I stand for.Currently I am exploring various mediums. I have been  working on are oil, acrylic, watercolor, pen & ink, paper collage, dyes and various other works on paper. The constantly changing and shifting world views, opinions and emotions provide subject matters you see in my various renditions of land and seascape, various portraits, nature displays and political issues.

Whether the artist is male or female, we are all emotional to some degree. Without emotion, there wouldn't be any art in the world. Since my emotional inspirations are always evolving it hit me on day to try something new, ceramics. This marked a new medium I hadn't yet explored and a different type of adventurous phase of my life. To experience this shapeless substance in front of me and see it become an actual object urged me to learn and indulge my senses in creating 3D forms. I have been humbled at the subtleties in the connection with clay because God created us from this earth and to earth we shall return. My intentions are to produce ceramic art forms that represent the humble forming of my soul.

Life is an artists' best teacher and my style of interpreting it's beauty-and despair-are images of my own views. Throughout the path I've been on, I cannot forget the incredible people that have helped me along the way. They are like rays of light sent by God to light up my road as I travel; to guide me in case I stumble; and to help me reach my final destiny, whatever that maybe. I hope that through my art I can express my gratitude to my viewers.
